Upcoming Fitness Events… and Updates!

For the month of July:

-July 9-13th Stampede Giddy Up –Cowboy Fitness Bootcamp Classes. (All Classes)…. dress up to the Cowboy- Theme!!!

-July 23rd – Outdoor Bootcamp Classes – it will be fun and challenging fitness class.

For the month of Aug:

I will be away from Aug 3rd- Aug 12th
- There will be no classes – noon – for that week.
- All early morning classes – will be revamp for that week- please checkout the Aug Aerobic Schedule posting – in the club!

- Aug 3rd or Aug10th No Boxercise Classes, and No Class at all Aug 31 into that Labour Day Long Weekend
- Aug 17th and Aug 24th there will be Boxercise Classes
- Aug 20th and Aug 22nd – Outdoor Bootcamp Classes- come an enjoy the fun!

Saturday: for the month of Aug:
Competitive Plyo Drills.
Date: Aug 4th
Aug 11th
Aug 18th

Back Again---- OFF SEASON COMPETITIVE BOOTCAMP
