July 18th Martha Updates!

Wow what a day today!!!

Last night I couldn't sleep. I go through stages (not sleeping)... my biggest problem I am a thinker..can't seem to shut my mind.

Today..I had the best news...and pretty excited - David Ford from www.albertabodybuilding.com got back to me - about our up coming photo shoot ( we are doing a outdoor shoot this saturday). So I am looking forward to our shoot. If anyone ever get a chance to shoot with him - he is great - and makes you feel very relax and comfortable. checkout his website: www.albertabodybuilding... he just added new stuff on his site and updates.

Just alitte over 6 weeks out from my show...I am feeling really good. At this stage of the game right now..my day looks like this
-early 4am cardio
work -6am -1pm
1pm my training session/ with plyo workouts 2x week.
afternoon doing online training and diet programs
8pm night cardio session - (doing stair running w/ interval sprints)...believe it or not I really enjoy the sprinting. My body really response well when I do sprints.

Today Is the day I start my planning with my make up artist (booking in) to start my stage prep for my montreal. I book few sessions with her - to select the perfect colors and get it down perfect for on stage. Talk about the little details...
- Plus started tanning again...god I really don't enjoy doing it. People think I am nuts - but its such pain in the butt!!! Oh well - I just have to suck it up...I guess.

This pass weekend I had my competitive bootcamp on saturday..we had a great turn out..it was nice to see the girls. I really worked them hard - we did outdoor interval sprints.... it was a blast...well they may not agree with me on this one!!!

Here is my daily - Motivation - message for you:

Impossible becomes real Impossible is nothing more than a concept that exists in the mind. Impossible is really just someone's opinion.
Many things that once were considered impossible are now commonplace. Think of all the things you use in your daily life that could not have even been imagined a couple of centuries ago.
What does it really mean when something is thought to be impossible? It usually means that, so far, no one has figured out how to do it.
Given sufficient time, commitment, effort, discipline and purpose, the impossible becomes real. What was once unreachable for anyone can become available to everyone.
Are there things you don't even dare to dream because you assume they are impossible? Rise above your limited perspective, go beyond your limiting assumptions and realize that the impossible regularly becomes real on a daily basis.
Choose to follow your highest vision, in each moment, in each decision, in each thought and action. And leave the concept of impossible far, far behind you.
-- Ralph Marston

Follow your heart - never give up...just begin with baby steps!

thank you
Martha Lombardo-Grant
